Annual Meeting

Due to statutory obligations we are obliged to hold our annual meetings this week.  Availability of our new councillors means this now has to be on WEDNESDAY.  We will hold :

1. The Annual Meeting of the Council, where the new councilors will be accepted and a chairperson and deputy elected.
2. The Annual Parish Meeting, the annual meeting of the electorate .

Please not that due to covid restrictions the public will only be able to view this meeting on line even though the Councillors are obliged to meet in person.    A link will be posted as soon as possible but as the village hall doesn’t have wi fi this is taking some organisation.

A further ‘normal’ SMPC meeting will happen in mid June.
