The public are requested to keep their microphones muted and cameras off.
When the meeting is thrown open to the floor, members of the public may turn on their cameras only and raise their hand. When the Chairperson indicates who is to talk next that person may turn on their microphone.
This is inline with how meetings are run on-line at Hertsmere Borough Council.
The meeting will be recorded. No abuse, bad language or interruptions will be tolerated.
